CONFESSION TIME!!
I am looking back at my first month of p90x and
I’m so proud of the strides I’ve made with my strength! My quad muscles are
back, my biceps and triceps are really beginning to make an appearance… how
exciting! But looking back I’m embarrassed to say that I haven’t taken the nutrition
piece as seriously as I should be. What am I doing?! My wedding is in 80 days! I
had a huge set back a while back and I fully intended to fight back to lose
those ten pounds I gained back… I can’t half ass any part of this!!
Looking at
my “after picture” I’m so proud of what I accomplished and while I’m ashamed I
let myself go, I need to remember I’m moving forward. I’m not only going to get
that body back.. I’m going to look even better!
I decided to make my food diary public. No hiding! I have to try to make
my 50/40/30 macros on a consistent basis and I may need some suggestions and encouragement

I am on day 34 of p90x – on day 91 I need to
look back and know that I did every single thing I could to reach my goal. I
got this!
